Separation of Commerce and Editorial
Slots Villa maintains a strict firewall between our commercial affiliate relationships and our editorial scoring process. No platform can pay to improve its XP score. Ratings are determined solely by our methodology, and affiliate partnerships are disclosed clearly on all pages.
Regular Re-Evaluation
Platform scores are not static. We re-evaluate featured platforms quarterly, checking for changes in licence status, responsible gaming tool availability, game library updates, and community feedback. Scores can and do change — platforms that slip below our minimum threshold are removed from the listings.
Minimum Requirements for Feature Listing
To appear on Velox Arena at all, a platform must hold a current, active UKGC licence, maintain BeGambleAware and GamStop integrations, achieve a minimum composite XP score of 8.5, and demonstrate no significant ongoing regulatory issues. These are non-negotiable.
Our commitment is to the player. If a platform doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't appear here — regardless of commercial considerations.
